FXB INTERNATIONAL AND ADA UNITE THEIR EFFORTS TO OVERCOME EXTREME POVERTY

Founded in 1989 by Albina of Boisrouvray, FXB is an international NGO that fights injustice, especially through its holistic approach on poverty reduction, the VillageFXB model.

Founded in 1966 by Baron Emmanuel de Jamblinne de Meux, ADA is a Belgian NGO that accompanies social rejects for longer than 55 years.
Together, FXB International and ADA work in Rwanda to help the poorest communities by giving them the tools to retake control of their lives and to offer a better future for their children.
This partnership makes it possible to simultaneously attack the factors that cause their precariousness: isolation, stigmatisation, malnutrition, illnesses, education deficits, the lack  of access to crucial information on health and social issues, unsanitary housing and lack of income.

This integrated approach brings a unique answer to multidimensional causes of extreme poverty.

It’s about dealing with the causes, and not only the symptoms, in order to accompany the beneficiaries on the road of sustainable development. This way, the families will be able to gradually increase their ability to protect and to educate their kids, to have a positive impact on their communities, and to live a dignified life in their home country.
FXB and Gala work with the conviction that investing in women, youth, and children, is also investing in peace and security around the world.

Every day, their programmes help 11 individuals out of poverty.
