The Club des Etoiles was founded in January 2019 by its Founding President Damien Van Bellinghen, who commits to the continuity of its prestigious gala, taking place once a year in Brussels, the now famous Nuit des Etoiles
Regarding the constitution of the Executive Committee, the Club des Etoiles can count on the support of three international personalities from the diplomatic world, the business world and nobility :
• Its Honorary President is His Royal Highness Prince Charles-Philippe d’Orléans, duke of Anjou. Member of the French royal family.
• The President of the Honorary Committee is His Excellency Thomas Antoine, Honorary Ambassador of His Majesty the King of Belgium.
• The Vice-President is Mr. Xavier Van Overmeire.

La Nuit des Etoiles gathers 250 guests from all over the world, ambassadors of elegance, decision makers, celebrities or trendsetters of social medias.
In the forties, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry described the Portuguese Riviera as a paradise. While Europe was weeping for her sons and rising from its ashes, Estoril welcomed the world’s most glamorous, elegant people, becoming a jet-set capital. Celebrities, members of Royal Households, the wealthy and aristocrats met there.
Today, the glamorous and international platform of the “Bal de la Riviera” unites again in Estoril friends and most eminent ambassadors of elegance from all over the world for two days of solidarity and friendship.
The Bal de la Riviera, dedicated each year to an outstanding personality with strong affinities to Portugal, is the most comprehensive philanthropic weekend event of Europe. We are not satisfied with only being the most extraordinary social event of the Iberian Peninsula; we propose also sports (Riviera Golf Challenge), culture (Riviera Talks and Riviera Art) and celebrations (Riviera Awards).
